A Psalm after Hanukkah
Sing a new song…
Have the old, known and well-tried songs become old-fashioned?
Doesn’t anybody want them?
Aren’t they trendy anymore and do God’s People have to follow the world and sing in a modern way?
Not at all!
The previous Psalms are entreaty Psalms (Psalm 142.), then they conclude prayers (Psalm 143.), then after testimonies, benedictions are said. Because of God’s promises and testimonies, they praise Him (Psalm 146-147).
When the singer calls upon the creatures in heaven to praise the Eternal God, the Psalms are forcing upwards, up to the heaven…
Then he comes back to the earth…
To those, who live according to God, and accept Yeshua HaMashiah as King…
To a little army, to the army of the redeemed ones, whom the Jews call “Chasids”, the Christians call ”pious”…
To those, who keep God’s Laws and accept the reign of Christ.
“For the LORD taketh pleasure in His people; He adorneth the humble with salvation (verse 4.)
Therefore, Psalm 149 speaks to those, who God have saved, freed and who, in their humbleness obey God and may bear the salvation as a crown on their foreheads…
Some say that this Psalm is from the time of Nehemiah. From the time the returned ones had to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem, while they had to fight.
Others believe that it is a Psalm of Chanukah, a commemoration of the Hasmoneus’ victory.
About the victory of Chanukah, when the desecrated Tabernacle was retaken by the Heroes in a miraculous way, and the Altar became cleansed and consecrated again, after the pagans who occupied it.
None of these victories and restorations was followed by revenge.
When People of Israel reached the restoration of the spiritual autonomy, never fudged, less, never gave bloody revenge on people, nations and kings…
They knew and accepted the Laws, that the judgement is God’s privilege, and that a human being may only be His tool.
The Psalm shows forward. To something that hasn’t happened yet, but the judgement has been written already. (verse 9.)
It calls upon the Body of Christ on a final, a long-awaited overture.
The new song is the song of the saved .
It could be even personally our own.
It is an invitation to the last “Great Symphony” that gathers all to the final act.
Psalm 150 expresses this to us…
All these give us a happy waiting, but it is not an inactive time of waiting.
“Let the saints exult in glory; let them sing for joy upon their beds.” (verse 5.)
The night has come to the end! Wake up!
May you be happy, rejoice, something new begins!
The day of the dawn, work and fight has come.
In the protection of our Lord, in the Holy Place, standing with the calmness of Christ before God, we may give thanks to the Eternal One, because the time of the King has come…
Our Lord,Yeshua HaMashiah.is our calmness and peacefulness in this dark night.
We may calm down in Him and wait the dawn, bearing the victory, belief and hope, when He sends first us, the serving people, to serve Him…
Because the fight is our own, indeed!
Standingin front of God, in the peacefulness of the Holy Place, with the command and empower from Yeshua HaMashiah we have to carry into effect God’s Will and Word.
With the raising of the “two-edged sword”, we have to send on his judgement.
This judgement is going to be the duty of those who stand in front of God who themselves already have received judgement and grace.
Those, who have become new-born and “pious”.
Those, who follow only God’s Laws and accept Yeshua HaMashiah as Lord.
Those, who have given the reign to Him in every field of their lives, and through the Holy Spirit live devoted to Him.
God’s Word is a two-edged sword.
God’s Word is His Creating Will and it is inseparable from His Law. From the Law that has been revealed to all people.
Today we are progressing speedily towards the end of the world history.
Still, God does not terrify and keep anybody in fear.
He desires NEW SONGS from those who belong to Him!
Messiah-waiting, happy and joyful songs!
Singers are required, who stand in front of God and follow Him with humbleness and obedience.
Those, who are peaceful in Christ; those, who grab the Sword and those who are ready to raise God’s Law, Creating Will and His Word.
Time is close for the pagan spiritual forces, kings and leaders that rule this world to receive judgement and reward.
The arrival of the Anointed King is close!
Let’s grab the Two-Edged Sword!
Raise God’s Plan, Will and Word high, and speak about the prophecies!
Speak!
Raise high God’s Law, the Commands of the King, because only with those you can deactivate God’s enemies that are the forces of the Antichrist.
If somebody sends you to battle, without Christ, that person is your murder. Take care, but do not get frightened!
If anywhere the Law is taken out of your hands, or if it gets changed, then it is Christ’s Work and Power that get damaged.
This damages the Body of Christ and within that, your life, because either in a concealed way or by ignorance, it is an antichristian force.
Do you want to sing a new song?
This Psalm tells about the promised and written judgement, and the coming-back Messiah King, who is going to bring judgement. May you welcome Him!
Let’s put the worship on the place it deserves!
Let’s grow in humbleness and obedience! May we keep our lives in Yeshua HaMashiahin front of God in this darkness waiting the dawn!
Let’s praise God for the coming soon salvation and deliverance, which would be the final restoration. Judgement followed by restoration.
The last judgement, when Satan’s forces are going to receive judgement.
Judgement, that is our joy, praise, and thanksgiving.
The old songs that still sound today, praise and bless the Almighty.
Prepare yourself to sing a New Song, because this New Song welcomes the Eternal King, who arrives soon.
Christmas and Hanukkah are close to each other. There are some, who celebrate Jesus’ birthday, while they don not accept Christ as their only Lord. Others commemorate the liberation, cleansing and the consecration of Hanukkah despite the Temple has been in ruins for around 2000 years and the Tabernacle does not work.
And we celebrate such a time of Hanukkah when God wants us to restore the worship and consecration of the sacrifices. To restore the Temple and its Tabernacle, which has been occupied by pagans.
Give the congregations back to their Only Lord and the Head of the Body of Christ: Yeshua HaMashiah.
May the vessels of the sacrifices and the anointing oil, sealed by unknown seals, get resealed by the High Priest!
Psalm 149 speaks to us!
May you wait the dawn in the spiritual darkness of today!
Get ready and may you have the Two-Edged Sword in your hand, because the daybreak, the awaking starts with judgement.
In this awaking, your service, according to God’s Will and Word, is going to be the preparation of the promised judgement.
By the command and empower of Yeshua HaMashiah God’s Law is going to work..
