THE MENORAH
Yaakov, Béla Orbán
The seven-branched canlandarum appears for the first time in the Bible in Exodus 25: 31-40.
God revealed to Moses the place where he wanted to live and the way it should be outfit.
The Levites were allowed to minister inside the holy place but only the High Priest could enter the most holy place. The Menorah also had its well defined place inside the Sanctuary. The only light allowed to illuminate the Sanctuary was the Menorah’s. No other luminous object could be there. Its brightness lighted everything around it, the table of shewbread and the bread on it symbolising the 12 tribes of Israel together with the whole Body of Christ.
It also lighted the priest and his robe.
We know from the Bible that it was impossible to breed light in the Temple by an alien fire without suffering God’s punishment. Death sentence was applied for that kind of behaviour. This example such as every other events concerning Israel are all warnings or promises having a prophetical sense and that are also valid for today’s Christianity.
It is still forbidden for us today to bring any alien fire (spirits and idols) in the presence of God. We cannot go before his face accompanied by them since he purifies by fire. This mixture could easily cost us our life.
This is the reason why so many assemblies, communities and ministries are dying these days.
Yet the contemporary Jewish community goes on saying the following prayer many times everyday:
″Shma Israel... Adonaj Elohenu... Adonaj Ehad!″ (″Hear Israel…the Lord our God is One!″).
These are the words that preceded the revelation of the 10 Commandments. But all further revelation of laws did also begin by them.
The Our Father prayer does also carry this decree together with so many other passages of the Bible. After so many warnings, idolatry goes on raging under the name of Christianity. There are so many men, servants and other pastors, so many objects that are sitting in the middle of the assemblies and that are adored and worshipped as gods.
We must take very seriously the fact that we cannot be in communion with nothing and nobody which acts instead and in the place of God and his Holy Spirit. These impostors are often veiling Christ and his redemptive work. We cannot go before the Father with them since he cannot stand them and judges all alien gods!
Before talking about the several characteristics of the Menorah, we first have to become aware of what the Temple does symbolise…
We must do this since all the ways of Israel that were decreed by God all through the Old Testament are prefiguring what Christian ways should be. Moreover, the New Testament without the Old one would be completely beyond comprehension. We also have to know that without the Jewish roots, Christianity will never be a flourishing and fruitful branch of the olive tree. Instead, it will simply dry away very fast if it get not aware of it in time.
If we look to the kind of relationship someone is having with the Chosen People, we can see if the given person has really been grafted to the still living original roots of the olive tree or not.
When I was gardening in the past, I have often observed that the branches of a tree were still flourishing and budding even very long after having been cut out. I also noted that it was very hard to burn them during that time…
I could sometimes see some fruit growths and even leaves that finally dried so that I could burn them at last.
How many Christian communities are ″budding″ this way while wasting away at the same time! There are so few places where fruits are growing!
But what is the Temple?
- The Almighty called Moses up the Mountain and ordered the construction of the First Sanctuary. He told Mozes to divide it into three parts and also said how it has to be set-up.
1. The Most Holy Place, the living place of the Lord, the Tent of meeting or Tabernacle (Exodus 25,8)
2. The Sanctuary where the Levites were serving.
3. The Sanctuary’s court, the place of the gathering, of the assembly.
We are ourselves a temple built up following the same scheme:
1. Our heart is the Meeting Tent in which we keep our eternal life, the testimony of our Lord as the testimony of the Covenant was kept in the Most Holy Place within the Arc of the Covenant that belonged to Israel.
We must preserve the testimony of the new Covenant within our hearts the same way.
2. The Sanctuary is the place of our ministry. This place is before God and in his presence since we all have been called and predestined to fulfil a sacerdotal ministry through our conversion and at the moment of our new birth. This is the place where we must serve the Eternal with all our hearts and during all our lives.
3. The place of the gathering is also very famous since the place where the same God is invoked and worshipped by everybody is no other than the court of the Tabernacle. There converted Gentiles and Jews, all the Levites and the cohanites are meeting with each other. All are yet converted or at least searching their way towards God. However, they will only be accepted by our Father after having recognised their sins. They all must first repent and be purified from their sins to finally receive a New Life on condition of being completely submitted to our Lord so that He can use them.
This is the price of the Eternal Life and this is the only way we can serve him.
Without the entire submission of our life to him, we would never be able to be his servants.
The setting-up of our life and of the place of our ministry can only be done according to the ordinances of the Eternal since like the Sanctuary, all is his and everything has to be at his disposal.
My life, my gifts, my time, my will together with all my thoughts, everything has to be his.
The house of God is the Assembly:
Where does he live?
He lives inside the members of the Assembly, inside all those who are in Christ and inside of who, Christ is reigning. Consequently, the Father dwells where the Son is ruling. (John 14,10 ; Colossians 2,9)
This is how all the members of the Assembly become priests and the Assemblies’ Sanctuaries themselves. This is the foundation of the Assembly achieving God’s service.
There are so many false teachings concerning this subject that I have to go on by declaring that there is only one Assembly which is no other than Christ’s Body as the unique Church. The members of this celestial and exclusive institution are all those who were born again in Christ. All these members have exactly the same rights and the same heritage. Moreover, their likeness with Christ who leads them is growing each day of their life.
There is no and there cannot be any ″better″ or ″best″ assembly. We can talk about assemblies that have different callings in different places but all living and functioning in the same Body.
Thus the Sanctuary is the whole Body of Christ and we must know that there is only one leader which is the Messiah himself as the head of the Church.
If we are free from the incredulity of our past and from all our former idols and if we made a step forward from the state of religiousness that paralysed us by offering our lives to the Lord, then we will be part of the only Ministering Church, the unique Assembly that functions as Sanctuary where only the Menorah is allowed to light.
The use of the Menorah is forbidden among Jews today. Since the destruction of the Sanctuary, they use a five, six or eight branched candelabra. They claim that there is only one Temple which is waiting to be built up again in Jerusalem and which Sanctuary is the only place allowed to welcome and give shelter to the Menorah.
As Christians, we can say the same thing. There is only one Temple as we can read it in John 2:19,21:
″Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up...But he spoke of the temple of his body.″ (John 2,21)
Thus the Temple is the one that he built up again in three days after the Crucifixion while destroying the old one in order to be in him and him in us. Then we can already live in paradise here on earth. The same paradise that John described with the following words: ″And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.″ (Revelation 21,22)
Alike, only the one whose Temple is the Lamb, the Lord himself, has the right to achieve the ministry of the Temple and to fulfil the Menorah’s task.
However all this is far from being a simple denomination, label or pin upon our breast, but rather a way of life showing the One we belong to, together with the place where we are and from which we depend. People around us must see the way we are living, serving and breathing together with this Body we belong to.
Such as Jews, we must learn that there cannot be any Menorah without a Temple. There cannot be any ministry before God without a life completely submitted to Christ.
Any man, minister or assembly using the name of Menorah is acting illegitimately if they do not fulfil these basic criterion.
If we are the members of the Temple quoted above, it is impossible that we could tolerate the presence of any idol beside us. We can only go before God if we have clean hands, feet and heart.
We can see so many conflicts and splits between the assemblies. So many people are sleeping and depth. They all have a common point: the lack of fruits and sterility.
What is the reason of this? Cherchez l’idole…! (Find the idol).
I often saw ″temples″ being built by alliances or other human organisations. Our God is patient and is even able to use these in little things and for his own interest during a certain time. Although, Psalm 127 is still valid: ″Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it.″
I saw so many ″buildings″ built up by human hands in a spectacular way suddenly disappearing without leaving any trace behind. So many assemblies, biblical schools, programs, movements and organisations wearing all kind of fanciful and marvellous names having as unique building material some simple methods and other theologies had born before my eyes to finally sink into oblivion since they did have no foundations nor projects.
It would be high time to realise that there is only one Builder, only one Architect and only one Owner besides who we can just be simple workers and sculptors.
When an earthly assembly is taking shape according to God’s plans, we must know that it can have only one Pastor. This Pastor, Yeshua HaMashiach has many many earthly assemblies throughout the world but all have the same plans and the same project that He drew himself before offering them to us.
The power belongs to him and as long as he will not come back, his Holy Spirit is among us to represent him. The Holy Spirit is this living mind who is the one and only allowed to lead the earthly assemblies together with their members among the spiritual Temple.
This is how the Menorah can live and function because we need its Light and all its branches have to light in the darkness.
One of the first step taken at the moment of the Creation was ″let there be light″. God always starts all his creations by bringing light into them.
If light is missing from our lives and assemblies, there is no new creation nor any step forward or any growth. If we don’t receive our Lord’s light, our idols, our sins continue to hide in the darkness making us unable to anything!
We are then unable to bring light ourselves to others and we cannot serve God since we are deprived of oil and fire. Our calling as a Menorah stops in our families, in our assemblies and in the world.
What is the meaning of the Menorah?
In Hebrew, it means: lightening instrument or bright instrument.
In other languages, they falsely translated it as seven-branched candelabra. In fact, it is an oil lighting system made of one pipe leading to seven lamps.
Every work starts with a project.
All the details of the Menorah have been ″drawn″ by the Almighty. He even ordered very precisely and seriously the way of the construction of the object such as he did with the life of all of us before our birth.
He set the material: the most valuable objects of the office were all of gold.
We read in Haggai 2,8:
″The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, saith the LORD of hosts.″
Silver is the symbol of the redemption. The gold for its part is the one of faith, faithfulness and truth.
Here we can see the best that nothing can happen without his will since even our conversion is the fruit of the Holy Spirit’s work. He gives us faith and leads us towards these Truths that are not human.
The preparation of the material also points to the start of a new life. The faith received from God as the Creator is leading us towards conversion. Then we can daily experience God’s faithfulness as the Almighty. But this continues when after having offered ourselves to our Lord, Truth: Christ becomes also visible on and inside of us.
He said: ″Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.″ (John 14,6)
Here we have the confirmation that we only can go before God for any reason if we are completely devoted and obedient to Christ.
If Christ is the Truth himself, he chooses us such as gold in order to mould us. Indeed we are made of the same material as Christ himself since we are in him and him is in us so that we make only one flesh: Christ’s Body together with all our born again brothers and sisters.
- After having shaped the material, our Lord purifies it in fire from all its mud and dirt.
Many things are still waiting for us but it is only after having gone through these stages that God declares that we belong to him since now:
″And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The LORD is my God.!″ (Zechariah 13,9)
This purification although remains constant all along our faithful life and this is how we become each day more worthy of achieving even bigger ministries.
- Then starts the molding of the purified material by the forge.
The candelabra – light holder – or Menorah was made of one piece. According to its size, its material, shape and weight, it would be very difficult for us to make it even with all the modern techniques of today.
According to what I learnt during my metallurgic studies, I can say the following: The forge does not simply shape the object but the blows can easily dirty the surface of the object again. This is part of the purifying process.
The piece of gold is Christ’s Body and this is the only way we can speak about any Christian unity or oecumenism.
This Body has a task and a ministry to do in this world. But let us at last understand that within this piece of gold, there can be absolutely no alien material alloyed!
Today, when people are praying for revival and when we wish to serve our Lord, we must know that we all have to get through this purifying stage of the moulding as individuals, servants, assemblies or communities so that we could receive the Oil that brings light together with the Fire which is no other than Christ’s will. This will by which he began his work through the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the burning oil that lights everything in our lives.
The Menorah that have been molded this way then takes its place inside of the Sanctuary.
Likely, all the different parts that make up the Body of Christ – the assemblies together with their members – have their right places inside of it.
Nevertheless we must know that the earthly assemblies are just the courts of the Temple. Only a few members of these can pretend to be an integral part of the Church.
No assembly or any other brotherhood has the right to wear the name Menorah except one, the one which is united, invisible and which gathers all souls living in Christ and Christ (living) in them.
This Body as Menorah can really light the world. All the rest are simple smoking torches and other oil lamps made by human hands.
The lighting process:
First let us see the Menorah’s structure. As I mentioned it before, the Menorah was a system of oil lamps that are linked with each other and supplied with oil through a unique pipe.
As a consequence of this, all the flames were burning together and at the same time.
The supplied oil is pure.
We meet the gold again in Zechariah 4:
″...two olive branches which through the two golden pipes empty the golden out of themselves…″
Faith, faithfulness and truth are supplying all the branches of the lamps just as the oil here in the form of liquid gold..
Zechariah had this vision so that we should also receive responses about the motor of the eternal fire candelabra:
″Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.″. (Zechariah 4,6)
Here is one more revelation which is a very serious warning at the same time. Everything works exclusively through and by his Spirit. Let us forsake our own strength. Do not have any persisting thoughts or ″luminous″ ideas! Let’s get rid of our own earthly power. Let us stop giving orders and do not be like the great pastors in fashion who rule over their oxen in this hierarchical order that is still very trendy among Christian assemblies!
If we act by our own strength, we do nothing else than slowing down the power and the rule of God. Even worse than that is when we do not experience the Holy Spirit who stays away since so many pastors and other Christians are flickering in their own ″light″. They are like the moonlight where there is no life and no warmth. They are shining as stars and are often even spectaculars and beautiful but there are just some banal lanterns of a very cold night.
Although many are those who could understand that the pastors are just shepherds who will have to give an account to the Owner and that their own glory and intelligence does only serve to move them away from the Owner together with their ewes, most of the believers are unable to hear the quiet voice of Jesus calling them to the eternal life because of their big voice peddling their own ″wisdom″.
The Eternal is patient but he gets up when the time comes.
We can see that today when he allows the functioning of communities acting according to their own ideas. They do not have fruits and wouldn’t be able to have any. Sometimes they manage to produce some little faded shoots that they try to sell as being some enormous fruits.
I am amazed to see how their entire work is based upon success. They are making statistics by way of testimony and they are foreshowing the exact number of people having raised their hands during the worship in sign of conversion. Their own acts are their testimonies actually: where they have been, what they have done? And I could lenghten the list.
I cannot pass through the subject without raising my voice since all this is going against the project of God. Acting instead of God, should it be by humanism, can easily go against his work.
Recently, the idols are no longer simple men but the gifts (of the Spirit) also became new ones. There is a serious problem if the gifts are placed before the One they are coming from!
I am sure that God will not simply destroy their idols in order to build the serving Menorah, but he also will strike all those who misuse or the gifts, those who use them badly, all the assemblies that are expecting miracles together with all the ″miracle-makers″.
As soon as the Menorah will be ready and will fulfil its functions, it will completely provide light in the Sanctuary and will pass on the radiation of the unity and synchronism of the seven Spirits of God.
″And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD;″. (Isaiah 11:2)
These six characteristics are no other than the six branches of the Menorah such as they were decreed by pairs and made from only one material and piece as we find it in Exodus 37:18: ″And six branches going out of the sides thereof; three branches of the candlestick out of the one side thereof, and three branches of the candlestick out of the other side thereof.″
The flame launching its functioning is given by Christ so that it should shine. If we bring our own ″fire″ in the Sanctuary, the judgement is death.
This is how the functioning of any assembly acting by its own power and strength becomes a question of life or death.
The seven branches of the Menorah represent the seven Spirits of God who were also fully present in Christ.
This way, if we are in Christ, we cannot avoid to be the Temple of the Holy Spirit ourselves through him. In this case, it is impossible that the Holy Spirit would not lead us or that we would not experience and receive his gifts from time to time. However, the fruits of his functioning have to be visible.
The knowledge of the seven spirit, that are one, is a help and a key for the examination of believers and communities. It is impossible to fulfil any ministry before God if this Holy presence is just partial. In such a case, we just can talk about the court of the Temple where people in wait are gathering.
Most of Christians still not consider seriously the fact that we cannot go before God while being in communion with others than brothers and sisters that were really born again and who are free from all idol.
All those who do not fulfil these criterion have to stop at the entrance of the Sanctuary because they cannot go in without having been judged by God previously. Even the Levites who did fulfill these conditions, had to wash their hands and feet in the laver of brass at the entrance of the Temple before going in.
I also remark that I often have to purify myself – take the Holy Communion – and purify my acting and ways before certain ministries.
Among the ministries, I mostly have to underline prayer, praise and the Holy Communion that I consider to be very important.
I cannot be in communion in none of these three main ministries with people worshiping alien gods or just converted without being born again.
Let us look at the signification of the seven spirits that the seven branches of the Menorah are symbolizing. This analysis will be very useful in our lives of believers.
The Menorah and the seven lamps are in the Sanctuary in order to light it with a common light. It is situated near another sacred object: the table of shewbread with the 12 breads.
The light of the Menorah enlightened this table and made it become visible to the eyes of the Eternal together with the robe of the priest.
This luminous Menorah is no other than the Holy Spirit and his light that are always showing Jesus Christ. This Menorah enlightens the table of shewbread and its 12 breads that represents Israel’s tribes, the whole People of God, the Church that is in the hands of Christ before the Father.
It is in this light and in this brightness that the Eternal sees us in the hands of our Savior and through the Holy Spirit.
Perhaps you will be surprised but I have to say that our life cannot be a Menorah nor in the court of the Temple nor in the world. There can be no Menorah outside the Sanctuary. We only can serve the Father in the Sanctuary with the fire and light of the Holy Spirit. All that we receive belongs to him and has to glorify, praise and serve him.
Because even our prayers and supplications belong to him since we can demand only what is in the will of the Eternal and that he puts upon our hearth.
As Christians, we are from a priest-line. Thus all the laws concerning the Levites also applies to us today. So we must know that we don’t belong to ourselves since: ″And I, behold, I have taken your brethren the Levites from among the children of Israel: to you [they are] given [as] a gift for the LORD, to do the service of the tabernacle of the congregation.″ (Numbers 18:6)
All that we received as a gift, our goods, our spouse, our talents are all the property of the Lord. We will have to give an account of all we received before his face.
Likewise, the local assembly (on earth) together with all its members and all the ministries that happen there are the gifts of the Eternal that we received so that they all remain his ownership!
Although, the aim and the project also belong to the owner. We have to accept his will in everything. He is the only one to decide of the people he uses and the way he uses them such as we declare it daily in the Lord’s Prayer.
One of the wisest decision I took in all my life was when leaving all my thoughts and ideas behind, I chose the complete annihilation of my own will.
It was in that moment that my life of servant started and that the right way gave its fruits...for the sake of the Father.
Our oil-lamp life had suddenly become a star in the darkness.
The Menorah goes before God for and with us. Cause all our prayers can only be spiritual and have to be on the shewbread table so that Christ should intervene for us.
When God sees that we have accepted his Son and that the Holy Spirit is shining in us and through us towards him as a response to his calling, he sends us back his uplifting rays as a testimony, a confirmation and a blessing. This is how we will also be able to be blessings for others. This blessing that stands forever, the one through which Aaron and his sons blessed the Eternal’s People and that is still valid today for the whole Body of Christ:
″And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying!″ (Numbers 6:25)
This is what we also have to ask for so that we shouldn’t be some false menorahs outside the Sanctuary.
Let us radiate filled up with the Holy Spirit and giving thanks for our life in Yeshua HaMashiach by praising him before the Father!
Let us then settle ourselves at our right place inside the Will of God so that the light of the Eternal should reach us. Then we will be able to pass on this light and warmth of our Lord to anyone who needs it and who is searching for it.
Let us be the stars of the Eternal reflecting his greatness and glory. Do never seek any self success in order to be able to be these divine celestial bodies. Let us offer our lives, assemblies, ministries and all we have to the Lord of the World.
All the false flames and self-glorifying beams should be switched off forever. We just have to be Menorahs before our Father, shining stars giving light into this dark world.
I would finally quote two examples from my own life to illustrate all that have been said before.
I served almost 15 years as an organist in one of the traditional protestant church of Hungary.
Many people liked me and often congratulated me.
Many years after, lots of them still remember me as someone who yet could teach singing to the assembly and who could play as if the organ was not just playing but singing. Some of them did only go to the church on Sundays to listen to me.
I had already got many compliments and recognition at that time. At the age of 19, I was named as presbyter. It means that I became the youngest ″eldest″ of the country’s church.
Is has already been 18 years since I haven’t played the organ. Some years ago I understood that I had to go before the Eternal and ask for his pardon for all these things.
I was almost crying while kneeling before the Father as I realized that I have only done all this ministry for my own sake and not as I should have done it to His glory.
How many occasions did I lost to bring the assembly and the faithful before God for praising him through music and singing because of my seek of success and human recognition?
How many blessings would we have received if we would have really been singing pure praises before and only for the Father?
Since at the time I only had the tool of music in the hands to serve him, how many people did not feel his presence or did never meet him or go back to him because of me during all these years?
Nevertheless I was a Menorah...that was going its own way shining by its own oil and flame in places and times that were favorable to me.
I praise the Father for having lightened all this so that I can realize all my sins and go before him to beg and receive his pardon.
I wish my wasted years could be an example for you today!
Having lived such an experience and having received the light of God through his Spirit, I can see better and I am even more sad when seeing all these assemblies among which pastors and other servants are committing the same faults as I did. No matter if they are doing it even more seriously than I did or in a lower level, the sin is exactly the same, they are all looking for their own glory. ″The former chorister″ visibly serving God was actually serving himself instead.
Do never be Menorahs outside of the Temple for the sake of men!
Be stars that shows the right and straight way to the sailors and the travelers in the darkness of the night!
Let us be part of Creation which aim is our newly created lives:
″And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years...″ (Genesis 1:14)
Let us pass on the light of the Eternal to our fellow man in this dark world. Let us be lamps, road signs showing the way towards Christ and towards our heavenly nation and the Father. Should all the feast and the glory of the Golgotha’s events’ and the Pentecost also be visible in us.
In the actual period of my life, our Lord has sent me among Jews to serve him with my wife. We are living many miracles and have many testimonies.
There is no door remaining closed before us if we are sent by Him. We are welcomed and accepted with love anywhere we go among Jewry.
Although, everyone knows that Yeshua is our Lord and that we are His followers.
Since then, many Christian friends had asked us: What is your method?
There is no method!
All our steps are being prayed before we make them. We always ask the leading and the order of God so that we know when and where we have to go…
We don’t always know what we’ll have to do in advance but our Master takes us in his hands as ″chosen tools″ and we amazed ourselves when we assist to all the works he is able to achieve through us.
It is good to experience that he blesses us and that we can reflect his Eternal light towards others.
I often smile inside of myself when more and more people in the synagogues are asking me: Where do I know you from? They don’t realize that it is the light I am carrying inside of me which is familiar to them and not my own person.
They are often telling us that they are feeling good with us. They don’t know that it is the love of Christ that they can perceive in us. These are the glimmers that our Lord sends through us to others.
We are present such as stars whose light makes them becoming curious to know where does it come from. The visible radiation of Yeshua makes us be different from the others in these times of darkness and it attracts them towards the Messiah.
Any theological report, any organization or anything that is human is vain and fleeting.
There are all kinds of fireworks during the feasts and at new year’s eve. These sudden lightening radiations do quickly fade away and fall back on the floor after having beautifully lightened for a few seconds the frenetic crowds in seek of miracles gathered under them. Then darkness comes back again…
How many more or less big movements, ministries, missions or assemblies have disappeared forever that way after having started such bursting light?
I’ve myself visited a very big amount of assemblies during the first 20 years of my life.
Today, 35 years later, I do only meet with their tracks or memory.
It would be useful to write a report apart about this subject but the causes of the death are always identical: something has turned to be an idol or someone got in spiritual touch or made alliance with idolatrous.
Concerning the essence of idolatry itself, the most common form of it is the passionate admiration when for example the gifts of the Holy Spirit become the most important thing.
And this is getting even worse when people that are experiencing a gift such as healing for example, do not even mention the name of Jesus Christ. Yet His is the one who heals and who is there through his Spirit and every healing has a very precise aim. Healings are the Messiah’s testimonies that occure by Yeshua HaMashiah’s Grace and by sending his Holy Spirit. Healing is given in order to prove his power through miracles by delivering the sinner from his sins and their consequences and from Satan’s power.
During most healings, it is the earthly tool, the human healer that becomes some miraculous healers. The same goes for the places when healings happen that turns to some wonder-sanatoriums where people are often organizing ″healing séances″, ″miraculous battles″ where men, servants and the assemblies are becoming prodigies and idols.
Such an abuse is endlessly perpetrated in the domain of praise when they are just serving personal interests. By the way, this is what attracts the crowds of people.
I also used to be able to provoke sadness or joy myself according to the way I was playing the organ instead of praising the Lord and leading the faithful before God in order to repent.
Since Satan has the power of imitating any gift and miracle to perfection and because he has the ability of manipulating people by his evil spirits, it is today more than ever that we need the Menorah’s light given by its seven different spirits so that they should unveil everything and examine everybody.
All the elements of the Menorah’s light are belonging to the Father who bequeathed them to the Son, Yeshua together with the Holy Spirit as a support who connects Christ and his Body to the Father. This complex and upright functioning becomes visible in us when we are praising and blessing him. This is how the Menorah’s light is being sent into the world through the Holy Spirit who is in us. The essence of everyone’s ministry is the flame of the Holy Spirit who makes appear Christ to the eyes of everyone in order that those who believe in him should have eternal life.
Aaron’s blessing ends by the word Amen.
Jews together with the Hebrew language give several definitions to this word.
After Amen they say: ken jehi ratzon, that means:
Should this be the will of God…
When we recite Aaron’s blessing, we accept and ask for the light of the Eternal upon us so that the shining of his face could be the only one light for us according to his will.
However, we have to be very careful when praying. Mind to ask for his hearth and will in order to know what we have to ask him exactly. No matter if we ask for good or evil, our amen is like an oath. We often identify ourselves with our request as we can read it in Deuteronomy 27:15 and in Jeremiah, our Amen means:
″Amen, ken jaasse Adonaj″ (If only the Lord would act like this!).
In the other hand, the one who knows the will and the promises of God and who ask for it before the Eternal, can say Amen without fear!
While praying, Jews have constantly the concept of God as being a faithful King in their mind. They strongly believe that God will achieve everything they ask him. In hebrew it sounds as follows: ″El Meleck Neeman″.
The three initials are: א/alef/ A – מ /mem/ M – נ /nun/ N
that give: AMEN אמנ
Should he bless you in this way in Christ’s Body by FAITH, FAITHFULNESS and RIGHTEOUSNESS. Since these three together are the Paradise that can be lived yet here on earth.
Let’s stand before Him as Menorah’s before he comes back to take us away. Let us be shining stars in the darkness of the night such as Christ was the most shining star, the Evening and Morning Star.
